What are the emergency contact details?
Our reception is available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Outside these hours, you can reach us on the emergency number provided in the welcome folder in your room.

Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own charging station in the car park. This way, you always leave with a full battery.
Is there parking?
Hotel guests can park for free on our secure premises. Please note: parking is at your own risk.
Where can I find the map of the grounds?
You can download the latest version of our site map (from our latest magazine) from the website or pick it up at reception.
Can I shower after check-out?
After check-out, you can still use our showers on the ground floor. Please bring your own towel.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy – Waterproof Conditions
We understand that plans can change. That's why we've introduced flexible "Waterproof" cancellation terms to offer you complete peace of mind.
● Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. No fees will be charged. This rule does not apply to group reservations of more than 20 people.
● Voucher Credit: If you cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before your stay, you will receive a voucher for the full booking amount. This voucher is valid for 1 year.
● Late Cancellations & No-shows: For any cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full amount will also be charged.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10:00 AM on your departure day. You are welcome to continue using our facilities and grounds for the remainder of the day.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Fietsen & Trails
Is it possible to clean my bike?
Yes, we have a professional Bike Wash facility on our premises. After your ride, you can thoroughly clean your bike here, ensuring it's ready for the next day.
Do you offer navigation support?
Absolutely! You can rent a Bike GPS at the reception, pre-loaded with routes from the region. Additionally, you'll find an overview of the most popular trails on the website.
Where can I find an overview of the hiking routes?
Under the 'Walk trails' section on our website, you'll find a complete overview of the routes that start directly from the hotel. The starting points are also clearly marked on our new estate map (available at reception).
